In-person (by special arrangement)

5.3 RESCHEDULING

At least 24 hours’ notice required

Requests made via email or booking platform

5.4 CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS

Cancellations under 24 hours may forfeit the session

No-shows may be charged in full

Emergencies considered at our discretion

6. PROGRAM ENROLLMENT AND FEES

Upon enrollment, you may receive:

Community or group access

Scheduled calls or sessions

6.2 PAYMENT TERMS

Full payment required before access unless otherwise stated

Payment plans may be offered

Payments processed securely through third-party providers

6.3 PRICING

Prices may change for future clients

Existing clients retain agreed pricing during their term

6.4 REFUND POLICY

All sales are final

Any guarantees are limited to written program-specific terms

Refunds, if offered, are discretionary and conditional

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid in the previous 12 months
